Daily fine dining for the elderly in residential care homes and nursing homes.

Traditional mulled wine or soft drink on arrival.

STARTER

Trio of chilled decorated melon with Malibu syrup served with soft roll and butter

or

Prawn and smoked salmon stack on a bed of chopped iceberg with lemon mayonnaise served with brown bread and butter

or

Spicy parsnip soup served with parsnip crisps, soft roll and butter

or

Parma ham with figs and honey served with brown bread and butter

MAIN COURSE

Roast Norfolk Turkey with bacon wrapped chipolata, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoe, button brussel sprouts with chestnuts, oxlip red cabbage, vichy carrots, honey glazed parsnips and gravy

or

Salmon en croute served with a watercress sauce and a selection of vegetables

or

Braised lamb shank served with freshly roasted vegetables and a redcurrant sauce

or

Filo parcel of goats cheese, tomato and spinach served with a selection of roasted vegetables

DESSERT

Traditional Christmas pudding served with either brandy butter, dairy cream or ice cream

or

Bailey's cheesecake with ammeretto biscuits and cream

or

Apple and cinnamon syllabub

or

A trio of cheeses served with green grapes, biscuits and butter

Followed by freshly made coffee and Christmas mints

 

The above menu will be served at £25.00 and includes service, table decorations and crackers etc (depending on number of residents taking up this service).
